About Air Condition Repair Now

We handle AC repair, emergency service, installation, replacement maintenance and duct repair & cleaning for Miami properties. We keep the focus narrow so we can be useful on the problems that matter most here: humidity, long run times, drain-line clogs, salt air and storm-season power issues.

How we work

• Diagnose first. We find the cause before suggesting a fix.
• Explain the options. Including when repair is the better value and when replacement is.
• Plan around the building. Condo rules, access and permits affect schedules, and we raise them early.
• Answer the phone. Our line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where to find us

We're located at 120 NW 8th St Unit 305, Miami, FL 33136. See the neighborhoods on our service areas page, or read the FAQ.
